PT. Meltapratama Perkasa was established in August 1994 to serve as the SOLE Distributor of Melamine. Beyond this role, we also market other industrial raw material such as Poly Vynil Alcohol (P.V.A.), Phenol, Carboxy Methyl Cellulose (C.M.C.) and Biocide (chemical for Sawmills).

Melamine is an important raw material for impregating resins for laminates, and adhesives for wood-based panels. It is also used in the production of molding powders (e.g. dinnerware), coating resins (e.g. cans, cars), flame-retardant products (e.g. domestic appliances, mattresses), paper & textile (e.g. banknotes, wallpaper) and concrete plasticizers.
